✦ I will do 2-3 slots at a time with it’s dedicated workflow (see here to find yours)
✦ A few slots available until it reach my monthly target (usually 5-8). For easier context, i will make 6 slots available as default
✦ How my commission flow order looks like:
--✧ Filling form order / VGen inquiries > Slot confirmation > Waiting for your turn in line > You will be notified once the work begin > Sketch stage > Lineart, base color, lighting stage > render 80% stage > finalizing > Delivery to your email with drive links to your commissions folder✧✧✧✦ Reproduction or alterations are prohibited (No AI training, No NFTs)✦ Base price are for personal use
--✧ Commericial use is 2-4x base price✦ References are in visual form
--✧ Ref includes: Character, Poses, Vibe description (ex. sensual, lots of red)
--✧ Word base reference can be charge depending on complexity✦Free revision includes:
--✧ Max. 1 Major revisions are allowed in sketch stage
--✧ Max. 1 small revision batch at every update stage (max 3 things listed. make sure to write them all in one request)

--✧ The artist will proceed to the next stage if there is no response from the client within 1 week of the previous stage, after making two follow-up attempts✦ Final product will be sent via email and drive
--✧ Drive containing commission will be expired in 3 months (please download it yourself for archive)✦ Additional details, pet, body modification, NSFW, etc will increase the base price✦ Final result will be posted as part of my portfolio with watermarked on
--✧ NDA / Upload prohibition fee is 50% of the total artwork✦ A down payment of 75% is available for purchases of 100$ / Rp. 500K and above. Artist - Client Agreement

As the Artist, I commit to the following to ensure a smooth transaction:1. The artwork will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.2. In the event of an urgent matter preventing timely completion, I will promptly notify the Client and ensure both parties agree on any necessary adjustments.3. If the Artist fails to meet the agreed deadlines, the following will apply:--✧ For delays between 3 weeks and 2 months, the Artist will provide additional artwork (freebies), with the value increasing based on the delay, as discussed with the Client.--✧ If the Artist fails to respond for over 2 months, the Client is permitted to publicly contact or tag the Artist on social media, such as Twitter.Client Obligations:1. The commissioned artwork is for personal use only; commercialization is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.2. Chargebacks initiated without discussion will be considered a breach of the Terms of Service.3. Failure to respond within 2-3 weeks when final payment is due will be considered a violation of the agreement.Consequences of Client Violation:--✧ The Client will be permanently blacklisted and blocked from the Artist's social media.--✧ The Client will forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork involved in the violation.I hope that with this agreement, we can work together to achieve a mutually satisfying outcome.Thank you for your trust in my work.
